Handling reward points

The point system toggle now applies to rewards too, and will prevent issues where points will get given as a reward unexpectedly when the point system is disabled.

Behavior updates to when the toggle is switched off

All rewards will get deactivated when switching off the system toggle. There will be a warning display when submitting.
