Tiers can now be set to only rank up or maintain, regardless of the purchased amount. Settings can be switched in the admin

Never rank down

easyPoints now has a check box in the tier admin to enable the "Never rank down" feature. While this is enabled, easyPoints will never rank down customers regardless of their purchased amount. Tier will get maintained once achieved. Rank ups will behave as usual.
