Repeat settings

When creating campaigns, stores can now set it to automatically repeat per day, week, month, and year. Canpaigns will repeat with the exactly same settings, and will be fully automated.

Archives and duplication

Past campaigns are archived as a list, and can be duplicated, creating a brand new campaign using the exact same settings.
