Tier recalculation options are now available when editing the settings
When updating the settings after the start date, easyPoints will now display a confirmation banner for selecting how the customer tiers should get recalculated.
Update summary
Only affect next tier check
By selecting this option, current tiers for all customers will stay as is until the next scheduled tier check. On the next tier check, all customers will get recalculated based on the new tier rule.
Recalculate now
By selecting this option, all customer tiers will get immediately recalculated based on the new rule. (There will be a 5 minute delay after saving the settings to avoid unintentional editing)
Adding and deleting tiers
Adding tiers will not trigger any recalculation by default. On the other hand, deleting tiers will always require an immediate recalculation.
