Recently, a system issue caused unintended data deletion and, during the restoration process, some points were excessively allocated to a few of our merchant's customers. Currently all issues have been fixed, and we have reached out personally to all merchants that were effected by this issue.
Check the following for detailed information:
Data was deleted during:
July 10th, 2PM ~ July 18th 3PM
Excessive allocation happened during:
July 28th 10AM ~ August 14th 2PM
To prevent recurrence, we will:
- Prohibit hard deletes (irreversible deletion of data) during data maintenance
- Strengthen third-party checks when performing operations involving data
