Spam detection

easyPoints will now detect accounts with suspicious names such as random figures and numbers, and will add the "spam" tag to the account.

Billing exclusions

The spam accounts will not create any extra charge due to your plans active customer count.

Handling orders

The spam tag and the billing exclusion will get deactivated once an order is created by that account.

easyPoints highly recommends enabling the Google hCAPTCHA in your store to avoid spam accounts.
